Former HR Director Sues Woodbury County for Age Discrimination and Retaliation

Timmer & Judkins attorneys Brooke Timmer and Nate Borland recently filed an age discrimination and retaliation case against Woodbury County on behalf of their client, Ed Gilliland.

Gilliland served as Woodbury County’s Human Resources Director from April 2014 until January 2, 2018. Gilliland alleges his termination was motivated by his age and his objection and opposition to discrimination against other older workers.
